Getting Started

How do I sign up or create and account?

To sign up please download the Options Open App from the Google Play or App Store. Once You download and install the app. Click “Sign Up” to create an account. (I will add in the URL’s for downloading them once we have them)

How do I get a personalized profile URL?

1. Once you are logged into the app. Click “profile” on the bottom left corner.
2. Click the edit (pencil icon) on the top right corner.
3. In the “my brand URL” type in your preferred URL. If it is still open it will give you a green check mark

How do I access Options Open on the web?

Our Web Portal is coming soon. We currently offer functionality to manage your job functionality on the web which can be accessed by visiting www.optionsopen.com and logging in. We will have more functionality on the web soon. In the meantime, please download our Android and iOS apps from the App and Play store.

How do I get in touch with someone at Options Open?

If you need to get in touch with someone on our team please send an email to support@optionsopen.com. You can also create a support ticket by on our support page.

I cannot log in what can I do?

1. If you are having trouble logging in, please try to reset your password and try logging in with the new password.
2. On the sign in screen please click “forgot password” and enter the email address that you signed up with and follow the steps in the email.

How do I reset my password?

On the Sign In screen please click on “Forgot Password” and enter your email address and tap on “Reset Password”. You will then receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

Jobs

How do I post a job?

1. Click on Jobs on the bottom menu bar.
2. Click the “create icon” the plus symbol.
3. Enter all the required fields.
4. Click on create in the top right corner

How do I view applicants for a job post I created or am a manager on?

1. Click on Jobs on the bottom menu bar.
2. On the top click on “manage jobs”
3. Click on “owner” to see jobs you are the owner of or “manager” to view jobs you are a manager on.

How long is a job posting live for?

A job posting is live for 30 days. After that period, you may renew the job posting if you wish to continue receiving applications for the job posting.

Networking

How do I search for my connections?

1. Log into the Options Open App
2. Tap on “Network” on the bottom menu
3. Tap on the search field on the upper right corner
4. Type in your connections name and tab search

How do I invite my connections?

Were currently working on getting the platform ready for more users. Please keep an eye on your emails and we will notify you when and how you can invite your connections.
